How will my bike be delivered?

All bikes are shipped in sturdy, branded cartons. To ensure safe transit, bikes are 85% pre-assembled; you will simply need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat post using the included assembly guide.

What is the warranty on Reid bikes?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all rigid frames and forks, and a 2-year warranty on Shimano components and other non-consumable parts, giving you total peace of mind on the road.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for 'change of mind' returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I choose the right frame size?

Each product page features a detailed size chart based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you offer flexible payment options?
